Inner Child Art Workshop

Workshop Description:  Connecting with our inner child through art is a fun and powerful way to tap into the magical space where our imagination and creativity live. Try something new and join us in a place where you don't have to act like an adult, silliness is encouraged and stress doesn't exist! Absolutely no prior art experience needed. Just bring a few copies of childhood pictures of yourself between the ages of 5 - 9. All other art supplies will be provided. We start the workshop with a short meditation to connect with our inner child. Live mixed media art techniques demo and guidance will be given throughout the workshop using acrylic paints, doodling, mark making, stamping, collage, embellishments and much more.

At the end of the workshop leave feeling more connected to your inner child (we hope) along with your own unique inner-child artwork.
